Featuring Canadian arctic and subarctic animals posing with humans, this Canada Post stamp series is intended to impart upon viewers a feeling of connectedness with and responsibility for our natural environment. All elements were completed traditionally with watercolour, before being scanned in and undergoing minor digital edits to keep the colours vibrant upon reprinting. While this was a hypothetical project and not a real submission for Canada Post, the stamps and booklet were designed to current Canada Post standards, as determined by a review of their existing materials.
